Working with YFE
Want to get involved in a YFE Production as either an actor, stage hand, or director? We would love to have you join us! YFE produces two shows a season, one in the Fall and the other in the Spring of each year. Our Spring shows are the main draw for the company, and are shows for the family no matter who your families are. Our staged radio plays are by invitation only for actors who have appeared in our main Spring shows.
We post auditions for each Spring show at least 3-4 months before the rehearsals begin. These listings can be found on our FB page @yfeproductions, our website, or yourtheater411.com. We also post listings for directors and stage hands/stage managers on the same social media accounts and websites. Stipends are often available for our adult actors, and always available for our stage crew and directors. YFE does not discriminate on the basis of race, sexual orientation, gender, or religious affiliation. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all concerned.
We believe in creating a safe and fun environment for all, and hold all those involved in our shows accountable to help maintain this atmosphere. Our rehearsals and performances, are considered drug and alcoholic free, to help maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for all. Below are links to the agreements we ask of our actors, crew, and directors to sign for each show they are involved in as well as our Code of Conduct Policy.
